About

Tyler Hanson is an Electrical Engineering major from Las Vegas, Nevada, expected to graduate in 2025. He lived in Siegfried Hall and served as the Academic Commissioner.

Tyler is involved in research, working with Professor Snider on developing a microprocessor testing system using an FPGA. Additionally, he gained internship experience at Helix Electric, where he created electrical drawings for buildings using AutoCAD.

In IrishSat, Tyler held the position of Chief Electronic Design Engineer for the GOAT Lab as a Junior, and became the Chief Technology Officer for the 2025-2026 school year.
